- The product has not been disassembled and repaired by an unrelated third party.
- Present the warranty card and product invoice immediately when requesting warranty.
Chargeable repair regulations:
- Products are out of warranty.
- Products are not covered by free warranty regulations.
- Products are damaged by natural disasters or accidents such as: Fire, lightning, storms, floods, improper use, unsuitable power source, cracks due to transportation or impact, stains, rust, corrosion due to poor storage, spilled liquid, insect infestation, dust, etc.
- Products show signs of repair or disassembly by unrelated third parties.
