Equipment inspection and maintenance process:
- Receive the device and check the general external condition of the device.
- Check the operating status and power source of the device.
- Clean the outside and inside of the machine.
- Provide a detailed report on the machine's condition, repair direction, and components that need to be replaced (if any).
- Retest the machine and hand it over to the customer.
For system equipment that customers are using but do not meet technical requirements or are having problems, we can send technical staff to the site to support inspection and handling. If necessary, we will propose appropriate repair and repair directions or propose replacement of equipment components.
Our company provides periodic equipment inspection and maintenance services through signing annual inspection and maintenance contracts with customers. The accompanying support services will be performed continuously within 24 hours of receiving notification or direct request from customers.
Warranty and repair content:
- General inspection of the operating status of the machine.
- Cleaning the machine and accessories, fixing damage and problems of the machine (free of charge).
- In case of having to replace new components, we will send a repair quote to customers and only proceed with the repair immediately after receiving the customer's consent. For components with a low value of less than 100,000 VND, our company can replace them for customers free of charge. - For customers in the province, you can send the device to us by post. After checking and repairing, we will return it to you by post.
